Cancellation Policy
Understandably life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to someone else who may be waiting.
Late Notification Fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost
Missed Appointment Fee
If you fail to cancel or attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.
There are exceptional circumstances that may prevent you from providing sufficient notice. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you with compassion and understanding.
