First Appointment – Fertility Acupuncture - $150 (60 mins)
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive consultation where we discuss your treatment goals, medical history, and overall wellbeing. This session incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics, such as tongue and pulse assessments, and an acupuncture treatment tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive a customised treatment plan that may include dietary advice, lifestyle modifications, Chinese herbal medicine, and at-home protocols to support your ongoing care.

Follow-Up Appointment – Fertility Acupuncture - $120 (55 mins)
Follow-up sessions focus on your progress and any changes since your last visit. We’ll discuss how your previous treatment felt, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and provide an acupuncture treatment aligned with your customised treatment plan. These sessions help ensure continuity in addressing your health and wellness goals effectively.

IVF – Embryo Transfer Acupuncture Appointment - $90 (30 mins)
This consultation is for clients undergoing IVF and preparing for embryo transfer. Acupuncture at this stage is used to support relaxation, calm the nervous system, and promote overall wellbeing during the transfer process. Treatments are commonly scheduled both before and after embryo transfer to provide additional support during this important stage of the IVF cycle.

Labour Induction Acupuncture Appointment - $120 (55 mins)
From week 40, acupuncture may be used to help gently encourage the body’s natural processes in preparation for labour. Treatments at this stage focus on promoting relaxation, supporting a sense of calm and wellbeing, and assisting the body’s natural readiness for labour.

Payment Methods
EFTPOS, Visa, and MasterCard payments are accepted for your convenience. Cash payments are also welcome, however, please ensure you provide the exact amount, as no change is kept at the clinic.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to someone else who may be waiting.

Late Notification Fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.

Missed Appointment Fee
If you fail to cancel or attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.

Understandably, there are exceptional circumstances that may prevent you from providing sufficient notice. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you with compassion and understanding.
