What to expect

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive session designed to understand your health and treatment goals. Prior to you first appointment, you will be emailed a detailed New Client Form to complete and return, 24 hours prior to your appointment. We'll take the time to explore your medical history, apply Chinese Medicine diagnostics, and address your current health concerns. Following this, you'll receive your first acupuncture treatment. Based on the consultation, I will craft a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs, which may include:

  • Chinese herbal medicine

  • Diet, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations

  • At-home protocols

  • Western herbal supplement suggestions

  • Additional blood test recommendations

New patient appointments include:

Further Diagnostics - Ongoing pulse and tongue diagnosis to track changes and refine treatment.

Additional Therapies - Depending on your condition, follow-ups may include cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or other adjunct therapies.

Guidance & Education - Continued advice on diet, nutrition, and self-care techniques to support your healing process.

Collaboration with Other Practitioners - If needed, recommendations for complementary care such as fertility massage, physiotherapy, or counselling.

Q&A and Next Steps - Addressing any concerns, refining your home care routine, and discussing expectations for future sessions.
